Daniel Beaudoin


Daniel Beaudoin has 15 years of experience in the design, facilitation, planning and implementation of donor funded infrastructure and humanitarian projects. He has also extensive media experience, having headed the foreign correspondents desk for the Israeli military spokesperson’s office.

Mr. Beaudoin has been involved in military and civilian affairs, in particular as the principal point man (Col.) for coordinating and facilitating international humanitarian aid operations and economic development programs in the Palestinian territories: UN agencies (UNRWA, UNDP, WHO, UNICEF, World Bank and others), International Committee of the Red Cross, USAID, the Task Force for Project Implementation, European Union, international NGO’s as well as a Embassies and Consulates.

In the course of his duties, Mr. Beaudoin has established and nurtured excellent business relations with the highest echelons of the political, economic and security establishment of Israel society.

Daniel Beaudoin was born in the Belgian Congo, the son of an UN official, and has lived in Pakistan, Kashmir and Austria, before moving to Israel. He is fluent in English, French, German and Hebrew, Mr. Beaudoin will begin his PhD research, focusing on transparency mechanisms in INGO multi-sector networks.”
